Dr. Parminderpal Singh obtained his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and soon after completed a Transitional Internship at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu. He went on to complete a Residency in Ophthalmology at the Martin Luther King, Jr./Charles R. Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles and later a Fellowship in Oculoplastic surgery at the Beraja Medical Institute in Miami, Fla.
Dr. Singh is Board Certified and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
